The PEI Conservatory takes place on, and takes inspiration from, the nature, history and community of Prince Edward Island.

Rural Prince Edward Island offers a unique tranquility and beauty for the contemplation and development of artistry and artists. Artists, such as L.M. Montgomery and Robert Harris, Kent Stetson and Boko Suzuki, as well as David French, Nathan Wiley and Elaine Campbell, have drawn inspiration and internationally-recognized artistic excellence from the landscape and people of PEI. All of the rural locations most suited for PEI Conservatory venues are within an hour's drive of Charlottetown, a city which offers all of the top facilities and amenities of any provincial or state capital.
